Endless Summer By Kirra Cheers
Additional Info

I am involved in a Byron based initiative called The Endless Sunrise. Over 60 photographers in Byron have collected sponsors with money raised per sunrise going to local charities and an exhibition at the end. I have embarked on a mission to capture every sunrise for a month, magically transforming myself into a morning person and recording a beautiful body of work along the way. Along with my photos, I am also keeping a daily diary documenting my experience. Here are my pics below from The Endless Sunrise: Week 01, enjoy!

On day five, I was interviewed and filmed as part of a video documentary on the event.

Kirra Cheers In Byron Bay
After completing her studies in photography, Kirra Cheers set off for an adventure of a lifetime... Traveling around Australia. It was this body of work that Kirra produced over this transient year that ultimately led Kirra to winning the National Travel Scholarship with the Australian Institute of Professional Photography. Kirra jokes about her 'office' having an ever changing back drop and it is this nomadic way of life that she loves.
